Suburb Profiles
More Suburbs

Nundah has seen a facelift in the past 10 years with not only the new shopping precinct but also the rezoning of many of the blocks to allow high rise and development opportunities.  Nundah’s change in appearance now can boast over 6200 dwellings in the suburb and now one of the largest populated suburbs in Brisbane.

With Toombul shopping centre on a short walk and the train station across the road, it allows commuters easy access to the CBD.  Units are generally what is being constructed in Nundah at present with several smaller boutique townhouse sites also being delivered to the market.
